6 billion in investments have transformed into 140,000 M2 of surface (3,200 if them______) in exclusive disposition of those high technological companies with innovated vocation.

Six billion [pesos] invested in three years has transformed into 140,000 m2 of surface (32,000 of them able to support buildings) exclusively available to high-tech companies with markedly innovative missions.

The maximum institutional help from the Autonomous Community of Basque Country as well as all the financial incentives established by the Autonomous Delegation of Bizkaia [Diputacion Foral de Bizkaia.]

The first phase
The Technological Park of Basque Country has completed the first phase of construction.
Six billion [pesos] invested in three years has transformed into 140,000 m2 of surface (32,000 of them able to support buildings) exclusively available to high-tech companies with markedly innovative missions.
All services are available; general to specific.
The maximum institutional help from the Autonomous Community of Basque Country as well as all the financial incentives established by the Autonomous Delegation of Bizkaia [Diputacion Foral de Bizkaia.]
Rooms are offered for rent with a plan to buy after twelve years.
Infrastructure
Access road to the Park and access ramps, complete urbanization, electrical utilities (connection, maintenance center, distribution center,) water [water utilities?] (primary network, general supply network, internal network, residential water, run-off water), fire safety system, telephone service and natural gas, with special conduits for the installment of fiber optics.
Buildings
Estrella 4,500 m2, property of Park to accept small companies already in existence so that they can develop their future sectors.
Nido 2,500 m2, property of Park to act as an incubator for newly created companies that plan on developing technological activities.
Barco 6,900 m2, property of Park that houses the Central Office and Services [Oficinas Centrales y Servicios], also available is a large area for the establishing of companies of medium size.
Indelec, mobile radio-telephones fabrication company (6,865 m2.)
Ingelectric, electrical engineering company (4,535 m2.)
In short, Degremont will make available their own buildings (water Treatment, 4,000 m2) and ABB (R&D, 2,700 m2.) There also exists a surface of 2,000 m2, in the process of being granted to Inser Robótica.
Companies
Up until now 80 companies have requested admission to the Park, fundamentally belonging to activities having to do with electronics, robotics, automation, information, engineering…

And there is one saliva and one taste of ripen fruit, and I feel you shaking against me like a moon in the water.

I named them: I liked to call her Dg, because that name could only be thought. I stated her probable vanity forgetting about rings and bracelets over the ledge, constantly but secretly spying her attitude. Once I thought she would adorn herself with the jewelry but she examined them without touching, like a distrust spider; and even though once she came to wear an amethyst ring but was only for an instant, and then put it up like it burned her. While she was away I the hurried and hid the jewelry and then noticed that she was happier.
Then the stations declined, some loosened and other tight with purple lights, without her precious calls reach our aspects. The hand would return every evening, wet from the autumn rain, and I would see her lying with her back on the floor prolix drying each finger, sometimes with small hops signifying her satisfaction. Her shadow would cove with purple on the evenings. I would then put up a fire on my feet and she would curl up and she barely moved but to implicitly write an album with recordings of a cotton ball that she liked to tie and twist. I advice that she was unable to stay long time calmed. One day she found a trough with clay and quickly went on it, hours and hours she worked with the clay while I on my back pretended not to worry about her homework. Naturally she made a hand. I let it dry and laid it on the desk to make her think that I liked her design. It was an error:
