1) Do not allow mosquito bites to ruin your tropical vacation this winter.

If you are thinking of an exotic, tropical destination, do not forget that in many

tropical places there are mosquitoes that can transmit diseases like fever and

paludism, also known as malaria.

2) January is the month of cervix cancer awareness. Generally, cervix cancer

can be prevented if a screening test called Papanicolau or Pap is taken

regularly. If detected on time and treated correctly, cervix cancer has a

high probability to be cured.
